 1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Dispatch timelines depend on the product you order:

  • Standard dispatch: 3–8 working days
  • Certain products : up to 15 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Non-metro cities: 4–10 working days
  • Remote areas: 7–15 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather, festivals, or local restrictions.

3. What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹1000: ₹150 flat shipping fee
  • COD orders: ₹80 COD handling fee

Currently, international shipping is not available.

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

No. Address changes are not allowed once the order is placed.
Please double-check your address, pincode, and phone number before checkout.

Benpani is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. What if my order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

You must inform us within 1 business day of the delivery status.

Courier partners do not accept disputes beyond this window, so claims raised after 1 day cannot be processed.

6. What is your return and exchange window?

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

7. How many times can I return or exchange an order?

Each order is eligible for only ONE return or exchange.

Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

8. Are all products eligible for return or exchange?

No. The following items are not eligible:

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items bought using store credit
  • Products purchased from marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.)

9. What conditions must be met for return or exchange?

The product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or odor
  • With all original tags, labels, hygiene seals, and packaging intact

Products failing quality check (QC) will be sent back and no store credit or exchange will be issued.

10. Do you offer refunds?

Returns are eligible for store credit only.
Monetary refunds are not provided, regardless of payment method.

11. When will I receive my store credit?

Store credit is issued only after:

  1. Product pickup
  2. Product reaches our warehouse
  3. Quality check approval

12. What does store credit include?

Store credit covers only the product value.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and return charges are non-refundable.

13. How long is store credit valid?

Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
It is non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

14. Is exchange free?

Yes, exchanges are free of charge for eligible items.

15. What can I exchange my product for?

You can exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A different product of equal or lower value
  • A different design (subject to availability)

16. What if the new product costs more or less?

  • Higher value: You must prepay the difference (COD not allowed)
  • Lower value: Difference will be issued as store credit

Discount codes or offers do not apply on exchange orders.

17. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear product images
  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video

Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be supported.

18. What is NOT considered a defect?

  • Minor color variations
  • Handcrafted irregularities
  • Fabric texture variations
  • Creases from transit

These are normal and not eligible for return.

19. What if reverse pickup is not available?

You will need to self-ship the product at your own cost and risk.
No reimbursement will be provided for self-shipping.

20. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
