1. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Shipping timelines depend on the specific product(s) ordered.

  • Standard dispatch time: 2-3 working days

  • Maximum dispatch for certain items (if stated on product page): 3–15 working days

Working Days are Monday - Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend and public holidays.

Benpani makes every effort to meet the stated timelines; however, certain delays may occur due to:

  • Production delays

  • High volume periods

  • Courier disruptions

  • Local restrictions

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp to your registered contact details.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability and may vary.

Benpani is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses

  • Customer unavailability

  • Festivals/strikes/national disruptions

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Benpani follows a clear, transparent shipping fee structure:

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping (Pan-India)

  • Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹100

  • COD Orders: Additional ₹80 COD handling fee

International shipping is currently unavailable.

4. ORDER DISPATCH & TRACKING

Once the order is shipped:

  • Customers will receive tracking information on email or WhatsApp.

  • Updates may take 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal after dispatch.

  • Reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees are used based on pincode serviceability.

If tracking does not update for 48–72 hours, customers may contact support for assistance.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct address, pincode, and phone number at checkout

  • Availability to receive the parcel at the delivery address

  • Coordination with courier for re-attempts, if missed

Benpani is not liable for:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address

  • Courier inability to contact customer

  • Customer declining or missing the parcel

If the shipment returns due to customer reasons, reshipping charges will apply.

6. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer has not received the parcel:

  • Customer must inform us within 1 business day

  • Courier investigations are only accepted within this window

Claims beyond 1 day cannot be processed, as courier partners close dispute tickets.

7. COURIER SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Benpani partners with trusted third-party courier companies. Please note:

  • Delivery executive phone numbers may not be shared or may be restricted.

  • Courier partners may or may not call before delivery (varies by region).

  • Benpani cannot influence:

    • Delivery scheduling

    • Delivery personnel behavior

    • Courier route decisions

Benpani will assist in raising escalations but cannot guarantee courier-level outcomes.

8. REVERSE PICKUP FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Benpani offers reverse pickup for eligible return/exchange items across most pincodes.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability.

  • In cases where reverse pickup is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product at their own cost and risk (as per return/exchange policy)

9. PRIORITY SHIPPING

If customers require urgent delivery:

  • They may email info@benpani.com with order details.

  • Priority shipping is subject to approval, product availability, and location.

  • Additional charges may apply.
